gnome-utils 0.99.1

[Philippe Defert cern ch]

I generated succesfully gnome-utils 0.99.1 with egcs 1.1.1 on the
following platforms: 

sparc-sun-solaris2.5.1
sparc-sun-solaris2.6
i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1
i686-pc-linux-gnu
alpha-dec-osf4.0b
hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20
powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0
mips-sgi-irix6.5

All compilations failed except the one on i686-pc-linux-gnu (redhat
5.1) because of gdiskfree/df.c where <error.h> and <getopt.h> were
missing. This means this only works on Linux latest !!!!

I did the build with make "make gdiskfree=" and it was OK:

- powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0, the -Wl,-bbigtoc is often needed
