Cause is unknown at this point. The only one able to fix it is not. 

dagon.mandrake.net should be removed form the anaoncvs round robin DNS
list (whoever admins it the anoncvs DNS - that would be a good idea
now).

as for ftp.enlightenment.org - I can quite happily reproduce all files
on another serverr if it continues to remain down.
