ORBit link failure (Debian quirk again?)

  Does anyone have an idea what's going on?  I'm going to do make
maintainer-clean and rebuild from scratch but if that doesn't help
I'm not sure what the problem is. (those symbols appear to be defined
in -lwrap, but it looks like libwrap isn't being linked.)
