0.99.8: BUGS: Drawers

Hi,

I have a drawer on my panel which slides up with a heap of games :)

Since 0.99.7 or so, the drawer itself slides up misaligned with the
drawer's button on the panel.

Also, if I hit the drawer button while it is still sliding up, it slides
down as expected, but draws incorrectly as it does so. Try it and see.
