gnome-terminal not including libs from gnome-config --libs zvt

Seems libzvt now has new library dependencies that it did not have
before in that it is using login_tty on Linux which is in libutil. Seems
configure in gnome-core now needs to set a ZVT_LIBS which gets set to
gnome-config --libs zvt or something similar and the link line for
gnome-terminal needs to add that to it's list of libraries.
