GTK version to new!?!?!?!?

More weirdness!!
Why are all the CVS gnome packages (gnome-libs, gnome-core, etc.) saying that the GTK+ library is new new (micro version missmatch). Does gnome now require a specific GTK+ version? Any help is appreciated.
