getpwuid_r source ?

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I'm still trying to build a functional gnomesystem on irix6.X. I have
still some problems
with gnome-libs, in special with gnome-name-service. I'm still in
contact with Miguel
and Eliot. Most apps are working very well. If the gnome-name-service
problem is fixed,
i thing  that i will be able to  offer the binaries for downloading.

I don't give up ;-)

Now i try it again with gnome-libs 0.99.6 and glib1.1.15 from cvs a few
houres ago.
glib1.1.15  makes now use of getpwuid_r(). irix6.2/3 does not have this
function.

Is the sourcecode of the *_r() somewhere available ?
