GNOME-aware Emacs?

I'm not even sure what they means exactly .. an XEmacs that follows GNOME
conventions?

I'm seeing all these GNOME text editors but I'm very inclined to just stick
with vi or emacs. Since Emacs is considered by many to be the ideal text
processing environment, why not have a GNOME-aware Emacs ?
