I generated succesfully gnome-pim 0.99.5 with egcs 1.1.1 on the
following platforms: 

sparc-sun-solaris2.6
i686-pc-linux-gnu
alpha-dec-osf4.0b
hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20
powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0
mips-sgi-irix6.5


Just one remark on the installation instructions in the Makefile:

Here is what is done for gnorba config files...

gnomecard/Makefile:     $(mkinstalldirs) $(prefix)/etc/CORBA/servers
gnomecard/Makefile:             $(prefix)/etc/CORBA/servers/gnomecard.gnorba

I think it would be better to have "$(prefix)/etc/CORBA/servers"
replaced by "$(sysconfdir)/CORBA/servers"
