Problems installing the RPMs for RedHat5.1 (fwd)

I think I need some help for install GNOME in my computer.
?Can anybody help me?

I have installed all the packages for the RedHat5.1. All seem to be all
rigth, but when I try to start the panel (panel&), this is what I have.

The png files are in the correct directory, perhaps the problem comes with
some RPM package (Bad version?, Something missing?, I do not know).
