I am using JRE1.1.7 as suggested in StarOffice manual.
After include $JRE/bin in the $PATH, the staroffice local install thinks
it sees the JAVA home, however, as I pushed the OK button, it hangs up the
whole gnome session. My plan was to put a net server on one machine that
can be mounted from others, and let users install a tiny local part. Does
anyone have similar problems? Do I have to install the star office in
everyone's home?
Thanks
