bug reporting foot menue entry

I have got a small suggestion to make.  I installed bug-zilla recently
and I allready had the chance to report a bug report.
As I understand not only fatal bugs are reported but also minor quirks
and suggestions are reported so they don´t get lost in the mailing list.
How about an entry for the bug-zilla in the utilities menue so people
can report things even if they haven´t got a segfault of a program.
