Pager

When I click on a window in the pager it isn't brought to the front - the 
window just gets the focus which is completely useless. I've spent about 7 
hour looking for a solution but can't find one. I'm sure this is a newbie 
(but nevertheless enthusiastic) question. It works on Windows ;-) (dwellers 
of the Western Hemishpere: PLEASE see the irony).
