Bug/Where to Report

Hello!  I think I found a bug in some gnome software, but I'm exactly sure
where to report it.  The bug is in gftp, and I can't remember whether that's
part of the official gnome distribution or not.

Anyways, the bug is that I can no longer make the window smaller: I can make it
larger though.  This is really annoying, because it currently fills the whole
screen, so I have to move the top panel out of the way to access the menu bar. 
I don't recall gftp working like this a few days ago.
