Stability and Gnome's image among users

I'm a bit suprised RedHat 6.0 made Gnome the default graphical
environment. As promising as it is, it's not really finished nor
stable yet, is it? I would love to see it get more stable and
generally used, but I fear that this first contact with it will leave
many RedHat users with mixed feelings. As a plain user, I can only
advise you to make stability a top priority for the next release, and
advertise it. It's probably needed to counter the image that has
developped these last few months in user's minds.
