esd -as 2

There should really be a way to specify what arguments that esd should
be run with. Now it's hardcoded into controlpanel to run "esd -nobeeps".
I wan't to run it as "esd -as 2 -nobeeps". I have fixed it for myself
now, but it's not a nice solution.
