Hmmm, the last thing I read about the Hurd about a month ago was that
there is currently no X running.
No X - No Gnome.

...but debian gnu/hurd has some of the nice packages available. Gtk+,
imlib, Gnome, enlightenment, ... 
I didn't try it.

So my answer is maybe.
