Gnome problem

Please excuse my bad english; I haven't used it for a long time. O:-)

I obtain this ¿error? Message when I run gnome-session:

If I wait for a non-constant period of time, gnome seems to start
correctly. But I obtain some strange hangs with gnome and non-gnome soft
(non gnome software, which run OK if I don't start it from gnome bar);
and I am unable to 'dock' any gnome applet.

I think this shouldn't be a gnome bug, as I have run gnome OK some time
ago.

Anybody know how can I fix it? Or, anybody has suffered the same kind of
error ? :?
