	Click middle mouse button (cord buttons if you only have two) and
at the bottom of the menu you will find "Log Out" (at least in the recent
Shiny Metal theme - I think it might have been different before).  Since
I turn off all of those immediate buttons (Cntrl-Alt-A) all I generally
see and use is that menu for those functions.  Maybe that's what the original
poster is seeing as well.

	That's configurable in the themes files anyways...  :-)
