Gnomecal, gnome-pilot

Two questions, forgive me if they've been answered, this list is
so busy I haven't got time to read the whole thing.

1
I thought I read some place when a public release of Gnome was
ready, that gnomecal was going to be able to import ical calendars?
We use a shared calendar at work, and this would be most useful!

2
Has anyone gotten gnome-pilot to successfully compile? I can't seem
to find an rpm (Redhat 5.2) for it, and the one in the cvs tree
I just can't get to compile. When I run autogen.sh I get a bunch of
"not defined" errors, and at the end it says:

./configure: syntax error near unexpected token `AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)'
./configure: ./configure: line 526: `AM_CONFIG_HEADER(config.h)'
