Netscape progress bar

I don't know if this is a Motif problem or what--at any rate, it's not a
major problem--but when I download a file in Communicator 4.51, the
download progress bar is permanently at 100%, even while the download is at
like 6730 of 27666 kb. The Netscape progress bar works normally in KDE on
the same system (Red Hat 5.2 standard, the latest Gnome RPMs.) I'm not
particularly looking for a fix, just wondering if this is common or maybe a
symptom of something else.
