IIRC you untar them somewhere (I forget the path, should be in
/usr/local/share/* ?).

I was about the make a post asking if such a thing could be implemented
in the E config program - just like in Gnome.

I take it the themes from e.themes.org which come down as .etheme files
can be safely tar xzvf'ed?
