INT_MAX

Greets all,

I've been trying to compile gnome-core 1.0.4 but keep getting this
eerror (with egcs-1.1.2 or gcc-2.7.2.3)

I've been trying to trace this down and think I found an answer in the
glibconfig.h where there is 
#include <limits.h>
#include <float.h>

#define G_MAXINT        INT_MAX

I can't find INT MAX in either limits.h or float.h.  Do I need to
recompile my libstdc++ ?
