Where to send .po files?

Finally, I've got to ask this question, as I am getting more and more
confused.

What is the right address to send translated Gnome .po files to?

Apparently, neither gnome-i18n-list@gnome.org nor the respective
maintainers take them, and George Lebl told me there is some address
where those files are supposed to go. Please tell me what it is - I've
got a couple of de.po files lying around here.
