gnome-linuxconf is getting a looknfeel kind of like the control center.
control-center is a per-user thing; linuxconf is a system thing.
It would be possible in the future to put a linuxconf interface into
the control center, but I suggest waiting on that; I'm not sure it is
a good idea and we aren't ready anyway.
