libgtop-0.26.2, won't compile

I have tried the cvs with get co -r LIBGTOP_0_26_2 libgtop and I have
downloaded the tarball from  ftp.home-of-linux.org.  They both give me
the same error.  By the way, I have glib, themes-gtk+, imlib, ORBit,
gnome-libs, and gnome-objc installed from cvs last night into a clean
gnome/lib directory, so everthing should be up to date.  Any help would
be greatly appreciated...
