Serves you right for installing with the "Redneck" locale.  :-)  The fix is 
fairly trivial....

	/bin/rm /etc/sysconfig/i18n

(since "Redneck" isn't a real locale, you pretty much want to start over from 
scratch anyway if you want real internationalization)
