Enlightenment from CVS and GNOME

After installing and fooling around with E from CVS, my panel seems to not quite
work anymore.  For example, the gimp is in my path, but when I go into the main
menu in the panel, the gimp doesn't appear under graphics.  Programs that are on
the main menu won't execute either.  For example, when I click on the shortcut
for the gnome-terminal, it doesn't launch, but my shortcut via dfm works just
fine.:(

Could this be related to fooling with themes-gtk or messing with Enlightenment
themes earlier?  Everything was working after reinstalling normal gtk, but now
that I've messed a little with themes, things aren't quite right.  Help is
appreciated...
