Can't start gnome. Please Help.

I have RH 5.1 and Enlightenment dr14 running on my P133.  I have
installed all the packages required for gnome.  When I run gnome-session
in an xterm window, I get an error that says

/bin/bash: icewm: command not found

then it hangs.  Im pretty sure I have all the packages installed, but Im
not sure what else to do. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
