I take advantage of your mail to repeat my question (mail "is mc working now ?") about compiling gmc and 
the compiler (rightly) saying that GnomeIconsList doesn't have a icon_cols member.

I would like help since it has been a while gmc was kind of broken (DnD and multi-windowing) and
I really would like to get a working version with the latest CVS gnome.
