What autodoc package do you use ??
I heavily customized PERCEPS (perl script) so it produces Docbook format.
You have control on arguments to functions and can define the format of the uotput as you wish.

The original version produces rtf, latex and html but if you are interested in getting my docbook format, I can send it to you (and some fixes).
I also modify the perl script so you can also reproduce the whole code (body included) with automatic cross-references to function calls.
