libgtop --with-libgtop-guile seems to be broken tonight

I've been banging my head against it all evening, thought Purify was throwing
another fit (I'm still trying to get a build with Purify; since it dislikes
shared libraries, I may not even get a working panel...). Instead, it seems
that libgtop/configure puts -lguile etc. *before* conftest.c, so it never
actually gets read....

Specifically, the libraries are going into LDFLAGS instead of LIBS for the
configure check.

Another issue: my home "control build" (Red Hat 5.0) is dying in gnome-core:

make[2]: Entering directory `/mnt/spc/gnome-core/help-browser'
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `idl/help-browser.idl', needed by `help-browser.h'. Stop.

I presume this is the usual don't-update-until-after-9am stuff :-)

(Between Purify and the space constraints on my home box, my autobuild script
is beginning to look like metamake. :-)

Have a good evening, I'm going to bed....
