OK, I found it...

it's on ftp://ftp.home-of-linux.org/pub/libgtop/0.26.2/

Installing newer lib fixed the problem with gettext in my previous post,
and compiling of everithing but mc and gnome-admin was easy and without
problems... So that's fix for the problem with gettext... :)
