theme-switching

When switching themes, the control-center issues the following
command (for example):
eesh -e "restart /opt/gnome/share/themes/ForestGreen/e"
I think it would be nice if it didn't restart the windowmanager if there
is no e/ subdirectory in the theme directory. What do you think?
