GTop Bugs are fixed.

[To all people reporting bugs in GTop the last days - sorry for the delay,
I had a lot of work at the university ...]

All bugs in LibGTop and GTop should now be fixed. If you still have
problems, please let me know.

[Special note for people reporting `v/hscrollbar' problems in procview.c
 and details.c:

 You either need to update your Gtk+ to the latest one from CVS or use
 Gtk+ 1.1.3.

 If you want to use any version of Gtk+ that is later than 1.1.3 and
 younger then the current CVS (today's 16:30 GMT) you need to add this
 line you gtk/gtkfeatures.h.in:

 #define GTK_HAVE_FEATURES_1_1_4	1-1-4
