The only port you need to open up is 2401 (ie, allow connections from
ports 1024-65535 -> 2401). There are never any server initiated
connections. TCP only.
If your firewall does not allow proxy connections (ie login only),
then you may be out of luck. Check the CVS info pages for more
information.
