popt change

I'm going to be committing the poptimization of all the GNOME CVS stuff in
a few minutes. If you're using GNOME out of CVS, this change will require
you to grab popt >= 1.2.1
	ftp://ftp.cuc.ml.org/pub/popt-1.2.1.tar.gz

Or you can get it out of anonymous CVS
(CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous@cvs.rpm.org:/cvs/devel, empty password, module
popt).

I'll be reading my e-mail regularly in order to answer any questions or
fix problems with the conversion.
