I have problems with too much use of Yes/No buttons, and the Icons
can confuse the issue more.  The problem is being sure of what the
question is, and the sense of the answer.

Eg:

Delete the file?
Yes/No
Thumbup/Thumbdown

How many think Thumbdown means kill it?

Better to custom label the buttons:
Delete the file?
Delete/Keep
