so slow:

Here at the University of Trier, we are usign DFN (Deutsches
Forschungsnetz) as ISP, and their connection to America is really slow. If
this is similar for you (starting from 188.1.144.77), then you're using
them too. Anyway, network connections between Europe and Amerika _are_
slow - I see it everytime I use cvs ...

The delay is between 166.48.41.250 and 204.70.1.17 - that's the connection
from Europe to America - the rest is fast.
