Problems with panel

Hello !

Since i upgraded to actuell CVS-Tree from 23.5 17:00 i'm not able to 
start any application with the panel.
output is eg:
: command not found
/bin/bash: -c: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `>'
 dá  >'sh: -c: line 1: `@y
so seems something broken with strings
i upgraded everything, so what happens to me

last version worked was a snapshot from 16.5
