A Proposal For Increasing the Number of Proposals Proposed on the Gnome Proposal List

Just a few comments the scheme Mr. Poag Proposed(tm):
	- Ignores the color blind
	- Ignores those using monochrome or greyscale monitors
	- Having twenty applications send new pixmaps to the X server
	  every second will eat CPU time and possibly network bandwidth.

That said, contributions of working code are _always_ welcomed (they may
not be useful, but anyone who codes always gets their work looked at :-)
Like all ideas, it does have a certain degree of potential. If someone
wants to implement it, more power to them.
