Panel dies in RH5.0...

[NT <ntreadwell exeter edu>]

The panel refuses to run under my RH5.0 using either SCWM or FVWM. It
generates the following errors:

debug: need old_cfg here
started applet, pid: 358
address.cc:437: assertion failed

Any ideas? Sorry if I'm missing something simple; I'm new at this.
