gnome apps dual linked against libgtk-1.1 libgtk.so.1

Some of my gnome apps are linked against libgtk-1.1.so.1 and libgtk.so.1
This seems to be because libgnomeui links against 1.1 explicitly and some
gnome apps link against libgtk.so.1 explicitly... should this be fixed?


affected apps are: panel and its applets (Which leads me to find that
libpanel_applet.so is linked against libgtk.so), edit-menus, gemvt, girc,
gnome_linuxconf, grun, gshutdown, gsu, gulp, guname, gw, and phaser-chess.
Although a great number of the gnome-objc programs are here, the obgnome/obgtk
libraries are not.
