help browser/gtkxmhtml widget problem

When I run the help browser, I've noticed that there's a problem with
the screen redrawing:  If I scroll too fast, some of the words (or parts of
words) fail to appear.  I've been able to get this behaviour consistently
when scrolling with the arrow keys in some of the longer info pages.

Has anyone else noticed this?  It's annoying, but not fatal.
