vnsprintf code

Trying to compile gnome-libs-0.13 tarball, gmake went banana on the
file vnsprintf.c in the support subdirectory. The thing is it contains
one only line :
#error "Fill in the code"
If anyone got an idea of what to do about that... For my part, i'm
just puzzled about it...
Using Gnome 0.13 tarball, under HPUX9.05 HPPA1.1 with gcc 2.8.0 (don't
currently have full glib compiled, since hpux9.05 is not supported for
this package -at least, this is what it said, when i tried to
configure the package from the GNU ftp site-).
