gnome install

Hello again -

Thanks to overlordkyle I got configure to run. But when I run gmake I
get the following error.
mico-2.0.5 gmake error:

This all started because of an error I got making gnome-core-0.20. I
thought that it had something to do with mico. Even though I have
installed the mico rpm I thought if I compile & build mico I be back on
track.  Here's the gnome-core error.

gnome-core-0.20 make error:

mico-c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I. -I.
-DGNOMELOCALEDIR=\"/usr/local/share/locale\" -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/include -DNEED_GNOMESUPPORT_H
-I/usr/local/lib/gnome-libs/include -I/usr/lib/glib/include
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/lib/glib/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -c
-fPIC -DPIC applet-lib.cc
../libtool: mico-c++: command not found
make[2]: *** [applet-lib.lo] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory
`/home/tjenkins/ftp/gnome-.2/tars/gnome-core-0.20/panel'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory
`/home/tjenkins/ftp/gnome-.2/tars/gnome-core-0.20'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2

I am off base here with my analysis? Would someone mind helping me get
back on track <g>.  TIA
