Arturo Espinosa (arturo@nuclecu.unam.mx) is working in such a program,
he is currently basing his code on the vCard standard, so it is pretty
much very full featured.  His code is on the CVS these days, do not
know if it gets compiled by default.  

Changes and enhancements to the user interface are going to be
happening in the future.
