Getting gnome-pilot apps into CVS

I have just written the first version of a series of pilot management
programs for gnome.  Well, actually, the only program that exists and
partially works right now is the installer/backup(Only install works
though) program. I was wondering what the policy was on adding new modules
to the CVS repository? Can I just do it, or do I need permission first?
