Currently there are several problems with some aspects of the proposals
- depsicify whihc desktops an app is to use is one - the choice of
sticky or just one desktop is not sufficient. I have alredy addressed
this in a proposal I'm putting together - it's fairly similar to what
is alreday available. I also adress some vagueness in the specs, and I
will have sample code to read the WM hints too.
