Where is libungif.so.3 ?

The gnome-0.20 rpm's complained about missing libungif,
so i submitted an  --nodeps.

I did not expect that to work. Starting panel, it says:

/usr/bin/panel: error in loading shared libraries
libungif.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I have redhat-5.1 with updates installed (most of it).
